Bloomfield Art Festival
The 2012 Bloomfield Art Festival will take place on Saturday, June 9th in the Bloomfield Town Park and will feature live entertainment, food, and art exhibitions/competitions throughout the day. The festival will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will be a rain or shine event. Vendors may start setting up booths, tents, and exhibits at 7 a.m. and must complete set-up by 9 a.m.
Vendor exhibits must remain set-up until the conclusion of the festival at 5 p.m. Tear down must be completed by 7 p.m. on
Saturday. Additional rules and regulations are stated in the vendor contract.
The Bloomfield Art Festival is sponsored by the annual Bloomfield Apple Festival. Bloomfield Apple Festival Inc. and its members
are the organizers and directors of the 2012 Bloomfield Art Festival. All vendor fees are direct contributions to Bloomfield Apple
Festival Inc.
If you are interested in being a vendor at the 2012 Bloomfield Art Festival, please print the contract and indemnification forms below, return the contract, indemnification forms, and a check or money order made out to Bloomfield Apple Festival Inc. to: Bloomfield Apple Festival Inc., P.O. Box 211, Bloomfield, IN 47424-0101. Also, please enclose images of the fine art or fine crafts you plan to exhibit.
The Bloomfield Art Festival will offer visitors
the opportunity to view and purchase original, hand-made art and craft items. In
order to promote an overall high quality of art and craft items available for
purchase, please refrain from displaying and/or selling any work that is not
original or any items not considered fine art or fine craft. All work exhibited and
sold at the Bloomfield Art Festival must be of high quality and deemed
appropriate by festival directors. Any vendor displaying artwork deemed
a inappropriate or offensive will be asked to remove the work immediately.
